Counter Party Submit Status in GSTR-2A (Yes) means GSTR-1 by Supplier is final & no changes allowed.
Counter party status >> yes means now you can avail credit of that in GSTR – 2
GSTR – 2A Counter Party Submit Status – NO. GSTR – 2 GSTIN is visible but it says ‘0’ invoice. / Invoice detials are visible / but non clickable – unable to reject or Accept it.
No denotes your supplier just submitted and yet to filed. It gets reflected in the GSTR 2A because the counterparty although has uploaded the invoices in the GST portal but hasn’t submitted and filed their GSTR 1. They have just uploaded the invoices and hence is reflected in your GSTR 2A
Add missing invoice in your GSTR 2 and avail provisional ITC. Such invoice will get auto populated in your supplier’s GSTR 1A for acceptance.
hi sir. i am suresh. I saw in gst site counter party submit status sum parties are yes and some parties are no . so if counter party was not submit the r1 means counter party status is no – can we get claim input tax credit?
As per our opinion you can claim Input Tax Credit provided you hold the original bills from your vendors.
